Since 2005, Elizabeth Hodes has been recognized by her colleagues and the media for her innovative creations, meticulous detail, and knack for realism. She has appeared on Food Network, Cooking Channel’s Food(ography), and ABC’s Good Morning America; publications include The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, New York Weddings, Brides, Modern Bride, and Brides New York. She regularly creates wacky edible props for the The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
While Elizabeth is based in the Chelsea neighborhood of NYC, her commissions have taken her as far west as Los Angeles and east to the Caribbean. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from Princeton University and a Masters of Music in Piano Performance from the Manhattan School of Music.
